PAGASA Pres. Steven Cua (in jacket) joins representatives of
retailers from SM, Mercury and PASI in citing observations to
the proposed Discounts for Disabled Persons as an amendment
to the law>Magna Carta for Disabled Persons, and for other
Purposes>granting additional privileges and incentives.
