  On 15 July 2016 at the New World Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, the Vietnamese Embassy in the Phils. commemorated the 40th Anniversary of the Viet Nam-Phils. Diplomatic Relations as hosted by H.E. Ambassador Truong Trieu Duong (whom STC had the good fortune of greeting that evening). |
