The Packaging Institute of the Philippines (PIP) hosted th e AsianStar Awards (last time this happened was some 20 years ago) together with the Asian Packaging Federation (APF)-made up of Packaging Associations from all over Asia on 4 Dec. 2014 at the Manila Polo Club. PAGASA was invited to grace this occasion as supermarkets provide input to the packaging requirements of products offered on their shelves.
