Mary Grace Riguer/OI C of the Employment & Research Div. of the Institute for Labor Studies under the Department of Labor & Employment visits the office of PAGASA to gather inputs about the possible impact of the regulation of the use of plastic bags on employment/dislocation in the retail and affiliated sectors. Inputs will be used at an upcoming Forum by DOLE on the topic. STC is shown holding a Reusable Bag designed for PAGASA Members.
