  After the live guesting at DZMM’s “Konsumer, atbp.” on 5 March 2011, a group picture was taken with (L-R) STC, Dept. of Energy (DOE)’s Melita V. Obillo, DTI Usec. Zenaida Maglaya, DOE Usec. Jose M. Layug, Jr., Ric Pinca of the Phil. Assn. of Flour Millers (PAFMIL) and Rudy Dalangin of the National Market Vendors Cooperative (NAMVESCO). The heated discussion centered on the supply and prices of fuel in the light of unrest in Libya and other OPEC nations; if rationing/couponing would be effective.
