 PAGASA joined PASI in engaging Cigarette Manufacturers with issues related to R.A. No. 9211 or the Tobacco Regulation Act of 2003. Certain clauses in the R.A. seem to be open to misinterpretation in the event of execution of this Law. |

Elenita B. Quimosing, CPA/ Chief of Staff of the Office of the Dep. Commissioner for Operations Group clarified ambiguities and loose ends at the Session. |
