As the issue on Price Control heats up due to the recent spate of typhoons (Ketsana/Ondoy & Parma/Pepeng), PAGASA’s STC (right on lower frame) is invited as guest on 10/10/09 at the radio-television program of DTI Undersecretary Zenaida Maglaya (in orange top frame) and anchorman Alvin Elchico to clear up gray areas in implementation of said Control. With STC is PASI’s Atty. Federico Ples and Asst. Sec. Angel Pelayo of the Dept. of Trade & Industry.
